Overview

SchedulingDone ("we", "us") provides staff scheduling software for home care and similar service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect from companies that use SchedulingDone and their staff, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

When a company signs up for SchedulingDone, we collect account information (name, email, company details) and the scheduling data that company chooses to enter, such as employee names, phone numbers, addresses, and shift assignments. We do not sell this information to third parties.

SMS text messaging

SchedulingDone can send SMS text messages to an employee for operational purposes only — for example, notifying them about a shift they've been assigned, asking whether they can cover an open shift, or confirming a sick-day request. These are transactional messages tied to the employee's job, not marketing or promotional content, and mobile numbers used for SMS are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Each employee's own consent is required before they receive any texts. An employee's employer collects that consent individually — not on the employee's behalf as a blanket company policy — typically during hiring or onboarding using our SMS Consent Script, and confirms it by checking a per-employee consent confirmation box in the SchedulingDone admin dashboard before SMS is enabled for that person. No employee is texted without their own, specifically recorded consent.

Cookies & analytics

Our public marketing pages (this page and others like it — not the SchedulingDone application itself, which your company's own staff sign into) use Google Analytics to understand traffic, such as which pages are visited and how people found us. Google Analytics sets cookies to do this. We never load Google Analytics, and no analytics cookies are set, until you accept the cookie banner shown on your first visit to these pages — declining, or simply not accepting, keeps it off. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.

How we use information

We use collected information to operate and improve SchedulingDone: generating schedules, sending the notifications described above, providing customer support, and maintaining the security of the platform.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect data in transit and at rest, and each company's data is isolated from other companies using SchedulingDone.
